ADDITIONAL PREPARATIONS:

  • You will receive the Course Map, Run/Work Order, and Grid Design & a trash bag at Registration. Course Map is approximate and subject to change.
  • “Walk-Up” Registration will be available for SCCA Members $40 and Non-Members $50 Cash or Credit.
  • Official KYSCCA Inaugural NCM Event T-shirts will be for sale for $10 (Cash Only) Sizes M-XXXL
  • Camping…ALLOWED! Primitive (as in no hook ups) is allowed, tent is $5 and RV is $35 payable to the track office, 24 hour security will be in place.
  • Food…there will be food trucks onsite all weekend, Country Boy Grillin’ They are awesome and have a variety of food! If you are a picky eater, bring your cooler full of your food, snacks and waters and Gatorades.
  • Bring layers, sunscreen & whatever else you need to brave any/all elements.
  • Bring your friends! This site has GREAT areas for your friends to watch and cheer you on along the entire length of the course.
  • Bring cash for shirts, stickers, test & tune tickets, potential food vendors onsite.
  • CLASSING NOTE:  This event will be operated using the car classification rules in place for the 2014 season.  On October 20, 2014 the SCCA published the Street Class moves in the November FastTrack which became effective immediately.  However, this event will be run using the rules we have operated under this season and all classing decisions and placement shall be made using the rules that were in effect before the publication of the FastTrack.

SITE REGULATIONS:

  1. Competitors at the start line with the wrong number on their car, 2 sets of numbers, or the incorrect class designations showing may be disqualified for that run.
  2. Trophies will be awarded on Sunday after the last runs.

*Competitors must be present to accept their trophy or have a designee accept it for them. Trophies will NOT be mailed.

  1. No Alcohol or Drugs.
  2. No pets inside course area.
  3. Please pick up after yourself.
  4. Metal or wood must be placed under trailer ramps, trailer jack, vehicle/floor jacks and jack stands. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  5. Camping is permitted on site. No water/electric hook ups available.
  6. The official Great Lakes Solo Divisional Solo Series Logo. Sticker must be displayed in an upright position on both sides of each competitor’s vehicle during GLSS event competition. If you do not have GLSS Logo Stickers, they will be available at registration for a cost of $3.00 per pair. 3X6 in size.
