7:00a to 8:30a – Registration Check In & Vehicle Safety Inspection (Tech Inspection)
8:00a – Course open for walking
8:30a – Novice Course Walk
9:00a – Drivers Safety Meeting
9:15a – First Heat to Grid
9:30a – First Car Off! Course Hot
~4:00p – Awards
*A lunch break will be added to the schedule if time allows, this will be announced during the drivers meeting.
All times are subject to change. We recommend all competitors arrive on site between 7:00a and 8:00a to ensure enough time to prepare. If you arrive after registration and Tech has closed, there will be a $5 dollar charge to have your car inspected. No cars will be accepted after the Drivers Safety Meeting has started.
The more people we have help clean up at the end of the day, the faster we can get to awards and home after the event. If you would like to help but are not sure of what you can do, please ask! All TRSCCA officers are more than willing to help and show you the ropes.

🪖 Helmets:
A limited number of KYSCCA loaner helmets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have your own, ensure it meets the SA2010/M2010 or newer requirement.
📋 Waivers:
Anyone 18+ must either have an annual waiver on file OR sign the event waiver. Any driver or rider under the age of 18 MUST have a minor waiver on file BEFORE participating. If you have any questions or concerns, please email [email protected].
